At Legehuset, we can help you renew your prescription. A renewal by us could be relevant in situations such as when your typical caregiver is unavailable. Thus, leaving you in a position where you can't get the healthcare you need. Please note that this is not a way to renew your prescriptions regularly.
At Legehuset, we renew a maximum of three prescriptions at a time and for a maximum of 90 days.
PLEASE NOTE! Our doctors assess in each case whether a prescription is appropriate.

Common questions and answers regarding prescription renewal
Which prescriptions can I not renew with you?
We do not renew the following medications:
- Any prescriptions that have not been picked up in the last 15 months.
- Addictive: for example, Imovane, Stesolid, Oxascand, Concerta, Lyrica.
- Opioids/painkillers: for example, Oxynorm, Citodon, Tramadol, Cocillana
- Licensing/specialist preparations: for example, Gabapentin and Isotretinoin.
- Preparations intended for infusion and injection treatment (except Insulin, Epipen, Fragmin, and Klexane).
How long does it take to renew prescriptions?
Our doctors will renew your prescription if they deem it appropriate, usually within a few hours.
How much does it cost to renew a prescription?
Renewing a prescription costs SEK 200.
How many renewals can I get?
At Legehuset, we renew a maximum of three prescriptions at a time and for a maximum of 90 days.
Can I renew my child's prescription?
Yes, children's prescriptions are available. Please keep in mind that a cost of SEK 200 applies here as well.
